SeeSaw is a mobile application connecting parents in close proximity with similar interests and children of similar ages. Set a mile radius to search for SeeSaw PlayMates and swipe right to play or left to pass. View profiles of users in your area, chat with PlayMates and create or join PlayDates. Whether you meet at a local park, coffee shop, open gym session, museum, library, or even plan a night out sans children, SeeSaw will help you get out in your community and enjoy the company of other families who live near you!
SeeSaw is FREE. Download now and start realizing how many other parents are in your area with interests and children of similar ages. Parenting no longer has to be an isolated endeavor ~ remember it takes a village!
Who is SeeSaw for?
SeeSaw is for moms, dads, care takers, nannies, grandmas, grandpas, aunts,
uncles… anyone who enjoys spending time with the little people in their
lives!
How SeeSaw works:
1. SeeSaw requires you to login with an active Facebook account
2. Once youve logged in, you will be prompted to complete a profile including information about yourself, the names and ages of your children (if you wish), what types of PlayDates you are interested in and set a mile radius that you would like SeeSaw to return users who you may want to connect with.
3. If you click Lets Play on a users profile they will be sent a request to connect with you as a PlayMate.
4. Once youve made PlayMates you can use SeeSaws chat feature, create a PlayDate and invite all or some of your PlayMates and receive invitation to PlayDates.
Cool features:
1. Discover Me - allows you to turn on a geo location feature alerting your PlayMates when you are in close proximity to them for impromptu meet-ups. You will also be able to view the location of any of your PlayMates who have the Discover Me featured enabled.
2. SeeSaw Classes - Join classes for babies, toddlers and adolescents in your area promoting physical education, literacy, music, theater, arts and crafts, etc. Rather then committing to one class, SeeSaw allows its users to explore tons of amazing classes offered in their community.
